Salamence ex SAR 133/103 is one of ten Special Art Rares in 30th CELEBRATION’s secret-rare block (numbers 124–133). Its illustrator is not published — the official card database does not yet carry the AR/SAR/FUR block, so the card is compiled from official images rather than officially listed. Per PokeBeach’s September 9, 2026 translation, Salamence ex has two attacks: [C] Booming Call and [R][W] Dragon Pulse.
- [C] Booming Call — Put up to 3 Dragon Pokémon from your discard pile onto your Bench.
- [R][W] Dragon Pulse — 240 damage. Discard the top 2 cards of your deck.
Under the standard Pokémon ex rule printed on the card, when 1 of your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
What PSA Checks When Grading This Card
PSA publishes its grade definitions on its Grading Standards page. For a Gem Mint 10, the page states:
“A PSA Gem Mint 10 card is a virtually perfect card. Attributes include four perfectly sharp corners, sharp focus and full original gloss. A PSA Gem Mint 10 card must be free of staining of any kind, but an allowance may be made for a slight printing imperfection, if it doesn’t impair the overall appeal of the card. The image must be centered on the card within a tolerance not to exceed approximately 55/45 percent on the front, and 75/25 percent on the reverse.”
The same page adds a note on discretion at the edges of that standard: “At the grader’s sole discretion, a small variance may be permitted on occasion based on the card’s overall eye appeal.” PSA also describes grading as partly objective and partly judgement-based: “While it’s true that a large part of grading is objective (locating print defects, staining, surface wrinkles, measuring centering, etc.), the other component of grading is somewhat subjective. The best way to define the subjective element is to do so by posing a question: What will the market accept for this particular issue?”

Grading itself is a separate step from authenticating the card. PSA’s services page describes the process in three steps: authentication first (“A series of PSA graders review your cards for authenticity”), then grading (“If your cards pass authentication, PSA grades the condition of each card on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being best”), then encapsulation in a sealed holder. PSA’s published Gem Mint 10 definition is the same for every card it grades.
