Handling Time (Dispatch Time): All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after Wise payment has cleared. Orders arranged through an approved PayPal invoice request on WhatsApp follow the payment timing confirmed in that invoice. (Please note: Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays.)
Stock Availability and Dispatch Delays: Stock levels for sealed Japanese trading card products fluctuate frequently and, in some cases, dispatch may be pushed back beyond the standard 3 business day window — for example when allocations from our suppliers shift, when pre-orders are released later than announced, or when a unit reserved for your order fails quality inspection. Whenever your specific order is affected, we will contact you individually by email before the original dispatch deadline, share the revised shipping estimate, and offer the option to wait or to cancel the order with a full refund.
Important Note regarding FedEx: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout.
