The Tag Team GX: One Card, Both Dragons
Latias & Latios GX launched with Japan’s Tag Bolt expansion (SM9, December 2018) — the set that introduced the Tag Team mechanic itself — and fed into English Team Up in February 2019. The Japanese printings run four deep: the base RR at 060/095, the full art SR at 104/095 (5ban Graphics), a special-art SR at 105/095 (Sanosuke Sakuma), and a rainbow HR at 114/095. English collectors know the same four as Team Up 113, 169, 170, and 190/181.

The 2015 Shine Pair: 018 & 019, Side by Side
The vintage route runs through a set most non-Japanese collectors have never opened: the Legendary Shine Collection (CP2), a 27-card Japan-exclusive concept pack released July 18, 2015 alongside the eighteenth Pokemon movie. Every card in the set carries a gloss coating with a special holofoil inset — the whole point of the product was to render legendaries in a uniform shine treatment — and packs held four cards instead of the usual five. There is no English equivalent.
Inside it, the Eon duo sits at consecutive numbers: Latias 018/027 and Latios 019/027, both R rarity. As graded PSA10s they’ve become the definitive “pair display” for these two — same set, same finish, adjacent numbers.
