We built this list two ways. First, we checked our own PSA 10 population against this set — cards with a live PSA 10 listing on our site rank first, ordered by listed price. That puts the MUR, the Dawn Special Art Rare and the Wigglytuff Art Rare in positions one through three. Every other card is ranked by Japanese rarity tier, highest to lowest: MUR, then Special Art Rare (SAR), then Secret Rare (SR), then Art Rare (AR).
