The base-form SV1S print (90 HP, Uncommon) is a different card type from the three SV7 “ex” prints (250 HP) — same Pokemon, different mechanic, not a reprint of one another.

Stellar Miracle (SV7), released July 19, 2024, is where Dachsbun got its “ex” treatment — three prints in the same set, all Psychic-type, all 250 HP, each with its own illustrator.
The Double Rare (046/102) is the base SV7 ex treatment, drawn by You Iribi. The Secret Rare (119/102), illustrated by PLANETA Mochizuki, and the Special Art Rare (129/102), illustrated by Yuu Nishida, use different artwork.
All three cards share the same name, typing and 250 HP, so the only way to tell them apart at a glance is the card number and the artwork itself.
