On the Japanese side it is the カードファイルセット, which lists a promo Victini, a 3-pocket file for 156 cards and 3 packs of each version.
The poster is an English item. The Unova Poster Collection is the product with the double-sided poster. The Japanese product list on the official page has no poster item, so a collector who specifically wants the poster is looking at the English product.
