Gengar VMAX is a Darkness-type Pokemon card that evolves from Gengar V, printed in the same deck. High Class Deck “Gengar VMAX” — ハイクラスデッキ「ゲンガーVMAX」 in Japanese — is set code SGG, released 28 May 2021. It is a deck product rather than an Expansion Pack or High Class Pack sold in booster packs. The deck’s main numbering runs to 19 cards, with the 020/019 SA sitting in the secret slot above that count — the same convention used across Japanese sets to mark a card as a special insert rather than part of the base numbered run.

No booster box exists for this product — it is sold only as the fixed High Class Deck, so there is no sealed pack product to point to beyond the deck itself.

Japanese vs English Print

Gengar VMAX 020/019 SA does have a closely matching English equivalent. Based on illustrator and stat matches across public card databases, the English counterpart is Fusion Strike (SWSH08) #271/264, an Alternate Art Secret print — it shares the same illustrator, sowsow, and the same 320 HP Darkness typing as the Japanese SA.
