One Piece OP-17 chase cards are led by the 4th-anniversary 海賊団パラレルカード of Luffy (EB04-061), which SNKRDUNK lists with a lowest ask of ¥900,000 (~$5,844) as of September 30, 2026. The set itself, 「世界最強の戦士」 (roughly “The World’s Strongest Warriors”), released in Japan on Saturday, August 22, 2026.
The English version pre-released on August 21 and released in full on August 28, 2026, six days after Japan. OP-17 also brought a Secret Rare for Loki OP17-119, a character collectors had been waiting to see in high-rarity form. Bandai publishes no pull rates for the set, so the Top 10 below is ranked by the lowest asking price on SNKRDUNK as of September 30, 2026.
OP-17 released in Japan on August 22, 2026 at ¥240 per pack (6 cards per pack, 131 card types plus 4 DON!! cards). OP-17 Official Card Facts: Leaders, Secret Rares and Treatments
The official product page and card list, as of September 30, 2026, give the following card facts. Card numbers for the image-only treatments come from the product page’s image files, and the card list does not flag which parallel row (_p1, _p2) carries which treatment.
The Revealed Leaders (All 6)
The official card list shows six Leaders: Newgate OP17-001 (red), Shanks OP17-020 (green), Rocks D. Xebec OP17-039 (blue), Kaido OP17-058 (purple), Luffy OP17-079 (black) and Charlotte Linlin OP17-099 (yellow).
Shanks OP17-020 (green), Kaido OP17-058 (purple) and Charlotte Linlin OP17-099 (yellow) carry the trait 四皇 (Emperor) in the official card list, as do Newgate OP17-001 and Luffy OP17-079. Rocks D. Xebec OP17-039 is billed on the product page as a newly appearing Leader for the Rocks Pirates (「新登場リーダー ロックス海賊団」). Xebec also appears as a Secret Rare character card at OP17-118, covered below.
Loki OP17-119 and the Full Secret Rare Trio
Loki OP17-119 is a black 6-cost, 8000-power Secret Rare with the traits 巨人族 and エルバフ. The product page prints 3 Secret Rares, and the official card list shows three SEC cards for OP-17: Loki OP17-119, Rocks D. Xebec OP17-118 (a blue 10-cost, 12000-power Secret Rare that pairs with his OP17-039 Leader) and EB04-061 Monkey D. Luffy, a card with an EB04 number that the list files under OP-17 with the rarity SEC.
The product page’s 4th-anniversary block (「4周年記念 海賊団パラレルカード 登場」) shows two cards: a 麦わらの一味 card using the image EB04-061_4thR and a ロックス海賊団 card using the image OP17-118_4thR. The official label is 海賊団パラレルカード. The card list has OP17-118_p1 and OP17-118_p2 (both SEC) and EB04-061_p3 (SEC); which row is the 海賊団パラレルカード is not flagged. SNKRDUNK lists both cards as SEC-SP (コミパラ) 海賊団スーパーパラレル, and their asks are in the Top 10.
Four Super Parallel Treatments
The product page’s Emperor block (「四皇 集結」) names four cards with a newly appearing スーパーパラレル treatment: the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates (Newgate OP17-005), the boss of the Red Hair Pirates (Shanks OP17-022), the governor of the Beasts Pirates (Kaido OP17-062) and the captain of the Big Mom Pirates (Charlotte Linlin OP17-112). The page shows them with the image files OP17-005_SPP, OP17-022_SPP, OP17-062_SPP and OP17-112_SPP. SNKRDUNK’s label for the same four cards is SR-SP (コミパラ).
The page also shows one Kaido illustration by 板垣恵介, the creator of the 『刃牙』 series (「『刃牙』シリーズを手がける板垣恵介先生 描き下ろし」), without printing its card number. The card list has three parallel rows for OP17-062 (_p1 to _p3).
Super Leader Parallel: Luffy OP17-079
The product page prints 「OP17-079 モンキー・D・ルフィ スーパーリーダーパラレルで新たに登場」 as text, so the Super Leader Parallel for Luffy OP17-079 is official; the English label is Super Leader Alt-Art. The card list has OP17-079_p1 and OP17-079_p2 (both L) without saying which is the Super Leader Parallel. SNKRDUNK lists an L-SP (コミパラ) card for OP17-079, and its ask is in the Top 10.
The Two SP Groups
Two SP treatment groups are shown on the product page, and the card list has ten SPカード rows for OP-17. They carry numbers from other sets and are sourced to this booster.
The FOUR EMPERORS スペシャルカード group (「新たな四皇」) covers Luffy ST31-004, Shanks OP13-028, Buggy P-084 and Teach ST27-005, using the images ST31-004, OP13-028, P-084 and ST27-005.
The スペシャルカード 覇王色SP group covers Zoro EB04-007, Oden ST32-002, Garp OP12-056, Roger P-107, Yamato OP16-098 and Rayleigh OP14-108, which completes the ten SPカード rows.
Treasure Rare: the product page prints one Treasure Rare, and the card list shows it as Lucky Roux OP17-033 (row OP17-033_p1, rarity TR). Super Rares: the ten base-print Super Rares are Newgate OP17-005, Shanks OP17-022, Yasopp OP17-031, Gloriosa OP17-046, Shiki OP17-048, Kaido OP17-062 and OP17-063, Usopp OP17-080, Luffy OP17-093 and Linlin OP17-112; the four Emperor cards among them (005, 022, 062, 112) are the スーパーパラレル slots.
Revealed Super Rares and Supporting Cards
The official card list gives Newgate SR OP17-005 a cost of 10 and 12000 power, Shanks OP17-022 the same cost and power, and Yasopp OP17-031 a cost of 5 and 6000 power. The images above also show Luffy SR OP17-093, Usopp SR OP17-080 and Inuarashi & Nekomamushi OP17-004. The full list of Leaders, Super Rares and Secret Rares:

OP-17 Chase Cards: Top 10 by SNKRDUNK Ask
Each OP-17 row is ranked by its lowest raw asking price on SNKRDUNK on September 30, 2026; the PSA 10 figure sits beside it for reference only. All figures are asks, not sales. The Ours column is a dash on every row: no OP-17 single has a priced listing at the time of this update.

OP-17 Pull Rates: What Bandai Publishes
Bandai does not publish pull rates for OP-17. The official Japanese product page states only that the cards are inserted at random (「※カードはランダムに封入されています。」), and the official English product page, the official card list and the Q&A pages carry no pull-rate or odds figures, per onepiece-cardgame.com and en.onepiece-cardgame.com as of September 30, 2026. Packs per box and boxes per case are not printed on the product page either.
The OP-17 card list does print a row count for each rarity, parallels and reprints included:
| Rarity in the official card list | Rows |
|---|---|
| Leader (L) | 13 |
| Super Rare (SR) | 25 |
| Rare (R) | 33 |
| Uncommon (UC) | 33 |
| Common (C) | 48 |
| Secret Rare (SEC) | 6 |
| Treasure Rare (TR) | 1 |
| SPカード | 10 |
| All rows | 169 |
Base prints account for 119 of the 169 rows (Leader 6, Super Rare 10, Rare 26, Uncommon 30, Common 45, Secret Rare 2). The other 50 rows are suffixed rows (_p1 on 38 rows, _p2 on 10, _p3 on 2). Parallel rows also exist for three Commons (OP17-006, OP17-070, OP17-088) and three Uncommons (OP17-025, OP17-045, OP17-107).
The practical way to read that without published rates:
- One box buys you the opening experience and the set’s playable core.
- A sealed case is a separate purchase decision; the OP-17 case buying guide covers it.
- A specific chase single is bought at its asking price. The top ask is ¥900,000 (~$5,844) and the sealed box asks ¥11,500 (~$75) (as of September 30, 2026); Bandai publishes no figure for how many boxes contain one.
OP-17 Box Prices as of September 30, 2026
The official pack price is ¥240 tax included, and the official pages do not print a box price. As of September 30, 2026, the lowest SNKRDUNK ask for the OP-17 Japanese booster box is ¥11,500 (~$75) and the lowest ask for a single pack is ¥1,000 (~$6). These are asking prices, not sales.
On our side, the OP-17 box and the OP-17 Damaged Box are sold out at the time of this update — restock requests go through Quick Order. The card below shows the OP-10 Royal Blood Damaged Box, a One Piece box we have available.
Box vs Singles: The Smart Buying Plan
Without official odds, an OP-17 box buys the opening itself, while the Top 10 shows what each named single asks on its own.
Buy sealed boxes if:
- You want the opening experience.
- You collect sealed Japanese One Piece boxes.
- You are comfortable with variance: Bandai publishes no figure for how many boxes contain a Super Parallel or 海賊団パラレルカード.
- You want Japanese first-printing product; the English version followed six days later (full release August 28).
Buy singles if:
- You want one specific card, such as the Loki SEC, a particular Super Parallel or one Emperor Leader parallel, and nothing else.
- You are hunting grading candidates and want to select condition by eye rather than by pack luck.
