What Is OP-18 神の支配?
OP-18 is the next numbered mainline booster in the One Piece Card Game. Its official Japanese name is ブースターパック 神の支配【OP-18】 (Kami no Shihai, literally “Rule of God”). It follows OP-17 “The World’s Strongest Warriors” (世界最強の戦士), which released in Japan on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Bandai announced OP-18 at ONE PIECE DAY’26 as the second 4th-anniversary booster; the official OP-17 page carries the line “ワンピカードはついに4周年を迎える！” (the card game finally reaches its 4th anniversary).
The official English site lists BOOSTER PACK -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- [OP-18] for November 20, 2026 at USD $4.99 per pack, with 127+1 types in total, as of October 1, 2026; the English page does not print cards per pack. The official product page names 軍子宮 (Saint Gunko) and シャムロック聖 (Saint Shamrock) as first appearances in the card game and gives the themes as Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God (English page: ‘Holy Knights of God’); no other character is named on the page as of October 1, 2026.
Japanese outlets (inside-games, gamepedia and Tier One) report the set’s themes as the Water Seven arc, the 神の騎士団 (God’s Knights) faction, and Elbaf / World Government material. Japanese hobby site Torecamap frames OP-18 as continuing the commemorative run Bandai started with OP-17 for the card game’s 4th anniversary.
Leaders listed so far by Japanese card-list sites include Franky (OP18-021, Green/Purple, reported as the first Franky Leader card), Monkey D. Luffy (OP18-022, Green), Miss All Sunday (OP18-041, Blue) and Gunko (軍子宮, OP18-060, Purple/Black). Our OP-18 Leaders guide covers each one.

4th-Anniversary Rarity and Yoshitaka Amano Parallels
God’s Knights Super Parallel (神の騎士団スーパーパラレル). FamilyMart’s lottery article states that Gunko (軍子宮) gets this top-tier rarity created for the 4th anniversary. Tier One and meli-melo list it as the God’s Knights Super Parallel version of Gunko OP18-065 (SR), and torecamap reports that the card’s background shows the God’s Knights and Imu.
Yoshitaka Amano parallels. Guest illustrator Yoshitaka Amano — the character designer known for the Final Fantasy series — has newly drawn parallel cards of Loki and Saint Shamrock (シャムロック聖, Figarland Shamrock), each in a standard parallel and a foil (箔押し) parallel version, as reported by inside-games, Tier One and torecamap. Saint Shamrock is listed as OP18-119 (SEC); Loki is reported by Tier One (October 6, 2026) as a reprint of OP17-119 with the two Amano parallels, not as a new OP-18 Secret Rare.
Other parallels. The Franky (OP18-021) and Gunko (OP18-060) Leaders are reported (Tier One, meli-melo) with parallel versions, and Nico Robin OP18-031 (SR) is reported with a Super Parallel (Comic Parallel) version. Our OP-18 chase cards guide covers these prints, and the Loki card guide covers his earlier prints.
