Card Set 4 is one of nine boxed sets in The Pokemon Company’s 30th CELEBRATION lineup, and this one pairs Sinnoh’s starter trio — Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup — on three foil, full-art promo cards. It holds position 4 of 9 in the official lineup order. (Sinnoh is our own editorial label for the region these three starters come from; the official product page does not name the regions.)
Every set in the series shares the same fixed contents: three foil, full-art promo cards — here, Turtwig 110/M-P, Chimchar 111/M-P and Piplup 112/M-P — plus two packs of the 30th CELEBRATION booster expansion (six cards per pack, randomised) and one paper card stand that holds three cards upright for display.
We do not list Card Set 4 on its own. We list it only as one ninth of the 30th CELEBRATION Card Set All 9 Types bundle (update: currently sold out — restock requests via Quick Order), currently listed at ¥28,000 (~$182). USD figures convert at ¥154/USD, approximate. Pre-orders for that bundle opened on September 8, 2026 at 18:00 JST; the bundle ships from our Tokyo warehouse — see the product page for the current dispatch date. It is sold as a separate order — it cannot share a cart with other products.

- The 30th CELEBRATION (M6a) expansion — the source of the two booster packs in every Card Set, including Set 4 — released worldwide on September 16, 2026, alongside the M6a booster box; the Premium Deck Set and FUTURISTIC BOX released the same day in Japan only.
- All 32 secret rares (104–135) in that expansion have now been seen — the last five surfaced with release-day listings on SNKRDUNK, September 16, 2026 — though the block is still not in the official card database.

What Is Inside 30th CELEBRATION Card Set 4
The official Japanese MSRP for one Card Set 4 is ¥1,200 (tax included). Contents are fixed for the promo cards and the stand; the two booster packs are randomised.
| Item | Per set |
|---|---|
| Foil, full-art promo cards | 3 (fixed: Turtwig 110/M-P, Chimchar 111/M-P, Piplup 112/M-P) |
| 30th CELEBRATION booster packs | 2 (randomised, 6 cards each) |
| Paper card stand | 1 (holds 3 cards) |

Every box opens the same way: three promo cards, two sealed booster packs and the card stand, laid out below.

The Three Promo Cards: Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup
The official copy describes all three as full-art, foil (キラ) cards of “the first partner Pokemon of the adventures in the nine regions.” We have not verified card text, HP or illustrator credits for the promos, so we keep the descriptions below to what the set actually states.
Turtwig — 110/M-P

Turtwig’s promo is numbered 110/M-P, one of the three fixed cards in Card Set 4: a foil, full-art card of its region’s first partner Pokemon.
Chimchar — 111/M-P

Chimchar’s promo is numbered 111/M-P, sharing the same foil, full-art treatment as Turtwig and Piplup.
Piplup — 112/M-P

Piplup’s promo is numbered 112/M-P, completing the trio. All three numbers are fixed for every Card Set 4 and do not vary between boxes.
Where Set 4 Sits in the Nine-Set Series

The official 30th CELEBRATION product page orders the nine sets 1 through 9 by their starter trios; it does not name the regions we use as editorial shorthand in this article.
| Set | Starter trio | Promo numbers |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Bulbasaur / Charmander / Squirtle | 101/M-P, 102/M-P, 103/M-P |
| 2 | Chikorita / Cyndaquil / Totodile | 104/M-P, 105/M-P, 106/M-P |
| 3 | Treecko / Torchic / Mudkip | 107/M-P, 108/M-P, 109/M-P |
| 4 | Turtwig / Chimchar / Piplup | 110/M-P, 111/M-P, 112/M-P |
| 5 | Snivy / Tepig / Oshawott | 113/M-P, 114/M-P, 115/M-P |
| 6 | Chespin / Fennekin / Froakie | 116/M-P, 117/M-P, 118/M-P |
| 7 | Rowlet / Litten / Popplio | 119/M-P, 120/M-P, 121/M-P |
| 8 | Grookey / Scorbunny / Sobble | 122/M-P, 123/M-P, 124/M-P |
| 9 | Sprigatito / Fuecoco / Quaxly | 125/M-P, 126/M-P, 127/M-P |
The checklist of all 27 promos across the nine sets is in our 27-promo checklist, and our All 9 Starter Sets overview covers the whole series at a glance.
What the Two 30th CELEBRATION Packs Add
The two booster packs in Card Set 4 come from the wider 30th CELEBRATION expansion (M6a), not a Sinnoh-specific print run — every set in the series draws its packs from the same expansion. Six cards come in each pack, and the cards in the expansion are holo. Each pack also carries one guaranteed Basic Energy card in a special design by graphic artist YOSHIROTTEN. The official card list for the expansion — the source of these two packs per set — was published on September 9, 2026.
The expansion’s headline cards are the FUR Mew ex 135/103 and Mewtwo ex 134/103, both illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN. We don’t publish pull rates or odds — our 30th CELEBRATION card list and FUR chase cards article covers the expansion’s card list instead.
If you want the 30th CELEBRATION expansion in full booster-box form rather than the two packs bundled into a Card Set, we also list the M6a 30th CELEBRATION Booster Box, released September 16, 2026 and listed at ¥26,654 (~$173) sealed and ¥26,431 (~$172) no-shrink; see the product page for the current dispatch date.
