Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Perfect Order (POR) landed in English on 27 March 2026 with 124 cards. Nearly all of it was already on the market almost exactly two months earlier, in Japanese, as M3 — the set English-speaking collectors know as Nihil Zero (also written Munikis Zero).
Perfect Order includes cards released in the Japanese Nihil Zero expansion, and eleven of the twelve chase cards on this list line up illustration-for-illustration between the two languages: Mega Zygarde ex, Rosa’s Encouragement, Meowth ex, Jacinthe and most of the rest appear in both languages with the same artwork; the twelfth, Clefairy, could not be confirmed the same way (see below). What changes is the numbering, the total card count, and — because Japan gets the set first — which language you can buy sealed product in today. This list is ordered two ways, in sequence. First, any card with a live PSA 10 listing on our site goes to the top, ranked by that listing’s price — that puts Mega Zygarde ex MUR, Rosa’s Encouragement SR and Meowth ex SR at #1–#3. Everything after that is ordered by Japanese rarity tier as Limitless prints it on the card: MUR, then Special Art Rare (SAR), then Secret/Art Rare (SR), then Art Rare (AR).
We do not quote third-party market prices (TCGplayer, eBay or PriceCharting) anywhere in this article. Where we don’t currently list a graded copy, we say so plainly and point you to Quick Order instead of guessing at a market number.

2. Rosa’s Encouragement, 114/088 — Ultra Rare
Japanese equivalent: メイのはげまし (Mei), M3 107/080, SR, illustrated by Atsushi Furusawa. Same artwork. “Mei” is the Japanese name for the trainer Bulbapedia lists as Rosa in English.
