The English One Piece Card Game page lists OP-18 for November 20, 2026 at $4.99 per pack. The Japanese page lists OP-18 神の支配 for Saturday, November 21, 2026 at ¥240 (~$1.56) tax included per pack. Both are official product pages on the Bandai sites, and as of September 29, 2026 both give the same card total: 127 types plus 1.

One Set, Two Official Pages
Bandai publishes One Piece Card Game products on two separate sites: onepiece-cardgame.com for Japan and en.onepiece-cardgame.com for English. Each has its own product page for OP-18, and each is the authority for its own region only. When the two disagree on a detail, that is a regional difference, not an error, and the correct way to cite them is side by side.
OP-18 is the case in point. The pages agree on the size of the set and on its two themes, and they differ on the release day, the price and the spelling of the debut characters. Neither page prints the number of packs in a box, so any box price or packs-per-box figure for OP-18 is not an official number from either region.
Release Dates: November 20 and November 21
The English page gives November 20, 2026, a Friday. The Japanese page gives Saturday, November 21, 2026. The English date is the earlier of the two by one day, and both are official for their own region.

Counting seven days from November 20 gives November 27. That is arithmetic on the rule, not a date the page prints. The Japanese page states no legality rule, so the seven-day figure belongs to the English page only.

The two pages print prices in different currencies, and neither one derives its figure from the other. At the ¥154/USD basis used on this site, ¥240 comes to about $1.56. The English $4.99 is a separate US price on a separate page.

Names on Each Official Page
The Japanese page names Gyoncorde and Shamrock Kaidou as debut characters; the English page names Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock. Neither page says how the names on one side correspond to the names on the other, so they are listed here per page without pairing.
The two pages give the themes in different forms: 「ウォーターセブン」and「神の騎士団」in Japanese, Water Seven and Holy Knights of God in English.

What Neither Official Page Says
The comparison is limited by what the pages leave out. As of September 29, 2026, neither the English nor the Japanese OP-18 page states any of the following.
- That the English set is the Japanese set. Both list 127+1 types and the same two themes, but neither page says the two card lists are identical, and no official source maps the English cards to the Japanese ones.
- A box structure. Neither page prints a pack count for a box.
For a buyer, the consequence is simple. The Japanese and English versions can be compared on date, price and headline card count, because both pages state those. They cannot be compared card for card, and any table that claims to line up individual English cards with individual Japanese cards for OP-18 is not built on an official source.
The Same Split in October: EB-05 Six Cards and Twelve
EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 shows the regional difference more sharply than OP-18 does, because here the pack sizes themselves differ.

Twelve cards for $4.99 and six cards for ¥240 are two different products even though they share a name, and the pages must not be merged into one figure. Both pages give “October 2026” and no day.
