Which Rayquaza cards you'll find here

Rayquaza listings here run from the BW era to the Mega Evolution era. BW-era cards include Rayquaza EX SR from Ryuno Blade and Rayquaza UR from Ryuzu Blast, the two BW5 sets, plus a BW-P promo. XY-era listings include Rayquaza EX and M Rayquaza EX from Emerald Break (XY6), M Rayquaza EX UR from Bandit Ring (XY7), cards from the Mega Battle Deck 60 (XYD) and the BW / XY Extra Regulation Box, and XY-P promos from campaigns and magazines. The M Rayquaza EX from the 25th Anniversary promo pack (S8a-P) also appears here.

Sun & Moon era listings include Rayquaza GX from Sky-Splitting Charisma (SM7), GX Ultra Shiny (SM8b, including the SSR) and TAG TEAM GX Tag All Stars (SM12a), plus Shining Rayquaza from Shining Legends (SM3+). The Sword & Shield era brings the Amazing Rare from Legendary Heartbeat (S3a), Rayquaza V and VMAX from Blue Sky Stream (S7R) with their Special Art versions, Rayquaza VMAX from VMAX Climax (S8b) and VSTAR Universe (s12a), S-P promos, and the Rayquaza VMAX from the Lizardon (Charizard) VSTAR vs Rayquaza VMAX deck set. The Mega Evolution era adds MEGA Rayquaza ex SAR and MUR from Storm Emeralda (M6).

Both high-end and entry-level cards appear here. The BW5 Rayquaza EX SR and Rayquaza UR and the Emerald Break M Rayquaza EX SR sit at the high end, while the Rayquaza VMAX RRR prints from Blue Sky Stream, VMAX Climax and VSTAR Universe are entry-level PSA 10 slabs. Prices are shown on each product page. For Charizard, see our Charizard cards collection.

How to read a listing

Each title follows the same pattern: PSA10, the card name, the rarity, the set code and card number in brackets, then the Japanese set name, translated, in parentheses, as in PSA10 Rayquaza VMAX HR: SA [S7R 083/067] (Expansion Pack "Blue Sky Stream"). Rarity codes in this collection include RR (Double Rare), RRR (Triple Rare), SR (Super Rare), SA (Special Art), HR (Hyper Rare), UR (Ultra Rare), SSR (Shiny Super Rare), CSR (Character Super Rare), SAR (Special Art Rare), MUR (Mega Ultra Rare) and P or PROMO (Promo), and 1ED marks a 1st Edition print. On the Legendary Heartbeat (S3a) listing, AR stands for Amazing Rare. For what each set code stands for, see our Japanese TCG set codes page. PSA 10 is the Gem Mint grade on PSA's 10-point scale, and the label on each slab shows a PSA certification number. Sold-out cards stay visible at the end of the grid.

FAQ

Are Japanese Rayquaza cards different from the English versions?

They are printed in Japanese and numbered within Japanese sets, such as S7R for Blue Sky Stream or XY6 for Emerald Break. An English set often includes cards from more than one Japanese set, so the same Rayquaza artwork can carry a different set code and card number in English. Several listings here are Japanese promos from magazines, campaigns and purchase bonuses. PSA grades Japanese and English cards on the same 10-point scale.

What do SAR and MUR mean on a Rayquaza listing?

SAR is Special Art Rare and MUR is Mega Ultra Rare. Both appear on MEGA Rayquaza ex listings from Storm Emeralda (M6): the SAR is 110/076 and the MUR is 113/076. Older Rayquaza titles use other codes, such as SA for the Special Art versions from Blue Sky Stream (S7R) and AR for the Amazing Rare from Legendary Heartbeat (S3a 056/076).

Do you sell ungraded Rayquaza cards?

Most Rayquaza listings on this page are PSA 10 graded cards. Ungraded single cards are sold only when they are listed in our store, for example promo cards sold as "Card only", and an ungraded listing's title does not start with PSA10. Sealed Japanese booster boxes are in our Pokemon card box collection.

How is a PSA 10 Rayquaza card shipped?

The card ships in its PSA slab from Tokyo by FedEx, and every shipment has a tracking number. Delivery time depends on the destination and customs clearance, so we do not promise a delivery date. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country; see our customs duties and import taxes page for who pays them in your country.
